Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States:

Please note that Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to preparation or handling. 

Please note that every Cresalia purchase is insured and requires a signature upon delivery. Signee must be over the age of 21 years.

Shipping times may vary. We will contact you in the event that your order is unavailable for immediate fulfillment. This applies to custom pieces and repairs. Some engagement rings are made to order and a time frame will be allotted at the time of your investment.

International shipping


We do ship internationally and we are happy to accommodate our international customers. Please contact us for a quote.

With all international orders the customer is responsible for any customs/duties fees.

Returns from online sales must be initiated and authorized within 2 weeks of delivery. Unworn jewelry may be returned for a full refund within this 2 week window, however custom jewelry and select vintage pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please contact us to initiate a return. We will not accept unauthorized returns. Items eligible for return are unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging and attending tags. 

You will receive specific mailing and return instructions upon approval. Please follow these instructions carefully to insure a proper return and full refund. Customer is to pay all return mailing/customs fees.




Any cancellations of online orders must be initiated within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us within this 24 hour window to avoid cancellation fees. Custom items are not eligible for cancellation, however you are welcome to e-mail any questions or concerns to
